Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time specified by 33mbd may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

33mbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 33mbd wallet in real time in most cases; processing delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• 33mbd does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• 33mbd reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering or Terms violation is suspected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 33mbd are processed exclusively to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket mobile banking number registered on your account. No withdrawals will be made to third-party accounts, international bank accounts, or any payment method not registered on your 33mbd profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission in most cases. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume or where verification is required.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met at the time of withdrawal will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 33mbd is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. In the event of a technical fault, software error, or connectivity issue during a game round, the round may be voided and any bet placed during that round will be returned to the player's wallet. 33mbd will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 33mbd are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play betting) are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation.
• 33mbd reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases the bet stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

33mbd reserves the right to impose maximum single-session or single-bet payout limits. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be communicated on the relevant game or betting market page. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit may be voided at 33mbd's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33mbd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent platform rules.
• Attempting to launder money, make fraudulent deposits or process illegally obtained funds through the 33mbd platform.
• Registering or using a 33mbd account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after using the associated funds.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during the verification process.

33mbd monitors platform activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 33mbd reserves the right to void all bets and game rounds affected by that conduct, close the account, and retain any funds associated with the prohibited activity pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33mbd platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials, is the property of 33mbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 33mbd platform without the prior written consent of 33mbd.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services as accessed from Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 33mbd support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.

33mbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a written complaint. Players who remain unsatisfied after the internal complaints process has been completed may seek recourse through other available channels. 33mbd does not accept liability for matters outside its reasonable control.
